The Overland Trailblazers easily defeated the Cherokee Trail Cougars by a score of 90-55 on Wednesday.
Trevon Deden lead Overland with 14 points scored. Marcus Cuasito and Hezekiah Swanson also had good games contributing 14 points and 11 points, respectively.
Cherokee Trail was lead in scoring by Isaac Tesfaye who put up 17 points, while also recording seven rebounds and two assists. Tre Titus and Jermaine Vincent II also had good performances contributing 10 points and nine points, respectively.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Overland heading to play Grandview and Cherokee Trail taking on Mullen.
