The Cheyenne Mountain Indians earned a win when they defeated the Air Academy Kadets 73-62 on Friday.
Javonte Johnson lead Cheyenne Mountain with 32 points scored while also collecting 13 rebounds and eight assists. Brad Helton had a productive night, recording 10 points, one rebound and one assist.
Air Academy was paced in scoring by Tim Marshall who accounted for 22 points, while also recording one rebound and one assist. Finn Horsfall and Grant Featherston also had solid games contributing 12 points and nine points, respectively.
Next up for each team, Air Academy will play host to Discovery Canyon, while Cheyenne Mountain will travel to play Falcon.
