The Canon City Tigers easily defeated the Woodland Park Panthers by a score of 67-46 on Friday.
Canon City was lead in scoring by Josh Rall who put up 24 points while also collecting six rebounds. Seth Newton recorded a double-double, scoring 20 points and collecting 12 rebounds.
Woodland Park was lead in scoring by Vaughn Rea who accounted for 11 points while collecting four rebounds. Sonny Ciccarelli aided the effort by chipping in 11 points and four rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Canon City heading to play Mesa Ridge and Woodland Park taking on Widefield.
