The Pueblo West Cyclones easily put away the Pueblo County Hornets by a score of 57-23 on Thursday.
Hannah Simental lead Pueblo West with 16 points scored while also collecting seven rebounds and four assists. Gabby Louther aided the effort by contributing nine points and four rebounds.
Pueblo County was paced in scoring by Erin Mauro who scored nine points, while also collecting five rebounds and two assists. Hayle Herrera helped by chipping in eight points and two rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Pueblo West heading to play Pueblo Central and Pueblo County taking on Pueblo Centennial.
