The Rangeview Raiders earned a win when they defeated the George Washington Patriots 71-63 on Thursday.
Genesis Sweetwine lead Rangeview with 17 points scored while also recording six rebounds and one assist. Grace Solarin recorded a double-double, scoring 14 points and collecting 15 rebounds.
George Washington was lead in scoring by Maya Whiteside who put up 20 points, while also collecting 10 rebounds and one assist. Anisa Turner had a respectable night, recording 15 points, four rebounds and two assists.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Rangeview hosting Vista PEAK Prep and George Washington taking on Thomas Jefferson.
