The Evergreen Cougars earned a win when they defeated the Standley Lake Gators 59-47 on Friday.
Griffin Lauritano lead Evergreen with 22 points scored while also recording seven rebounds and two assists. Jared Stiller and Jackson Mott also had productive outings contributing 19 points and 10 points, respectively.
Standley Lake was lead in scoring by Matthew Tuholski who put up 24 points, while also recording eight rebounds and two assists. Connor Morrison helped the effort by contributing eight points and two rebounds.
Looking ahead to their next games, Evergreen will stay home and play Wheat Ridge, while Standley Lake will travel to play Littleton.
