The Rye Thunderbolts easily put away the Simla Cubs by a score of 57-28 on Saturday.
Sophie Adamson lead Rye with 16 points scored while also collecting five rebounds and four assists. Sydney Adamson and Jolee Ortiz also had solid performances contributing 15 points and 13 points, respectively.
Simla was lead in scoring by Kaitlyn Rector who put up 10 points while collecting six rebounds. Cede Smith helped the effort by chipping in five points.
In their next games, Simla will stay home and play Miami-Yoder, while Rye will travel to play Rocky Ford.
