The Academy easily handled Arrupe Jesuit by a score of 75-45 on Saturday.
Aryanna Perez lead The Academy with 22 points scored while also collecting two rebounds and one assist. Janaya Steffy and Mikylah Espinosa also had productive performances contributing 21 points and 10 points, respectively.
Arrupe Jesuit was lead in scoring by Isabelle Trujillo who scored 10 points. Nayeli Saavedra and Nevina Montoya also had respectable performances contributing 10 points each.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with The Academy hosting Platte Canyon and Arrupe Jesuit taking on The Pinnacle.
