
Lyons had a field day from three-point land, sinking nine threes in their 63-50 win over Union Colony Prep on Saturday.
Lyons was lead in scoring by Nathan Richardson who scored 20 points while also collecting eight rebounds and five assists. Gage Basey recorded a double-double, scoring 17 points and collecting 13 rebounds.
Union Colony Prep was lead in scoring by Trey Summers who scored 23 points, while also collecting 10 rebounds and six assists. Rimson Mathias had a respectable night, recording six points, two rebounds and four assists.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Lyons hosting Denver Academy and Union Colony Prep taking on Dayspring Christian Academy.
