Fossil Ridge could not overcome Fairview in 69-59 loss on Tuesday.
Fairview was lead in scoring by Jalen Page who accounted for 21 points while also recording seven rebounds and two assists. Greysen Carter helped by chipping in 19 points and nine rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Fairview heading to play Broomfield and Fossil Ridge taking on Rocky Mountain.
