The D’Evelyn Jaguars narrowly lost to the Golden Demons in a 60-58 contest on Wednesday.
Golden was paced in scoring by Ben Mclaughlin who put up 20 points while also collecting three rebounds and three assists. Kevin Mulligan and Nathan Wiggins also had good outings contributing 10 points and nine points, respectively.
D’Evelyn was paced in scoring by Sam Belmonte who scored 12 points, while also recording five rebounds and five assists. Camden Jahr helped the effort by contributing nine points and four rebounds.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Golden hosting Wheat Ridge and D’Evelyn taking on Standley Lake.
