Lotus School For Excellence easily handled Aurora West College Prep Academy by a score of 42-18 on Saturday, Feb. 22.
Amana Malki lead Lotus School For Excellence with 24 points scored while also collecting 10 rebounds and three assists. Asseya Malki had a solid night, recording nine points, five rebounds and one assist.
Aurora West College Prep Academy was paced in scoring by Jermisha Lawson who put up five points while collecting seven rebounds. Faith Torres and Valeria Serrano also had notable games contributing three points each.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Lotus School For Excellence heading to play Clear Creek and Aurora West College Prep Academy taking on Fort Lupton.
