Skyview outlasts Riverdale Ridge, winning by a score of 50-44 on Friday, Feb. 21.
Thalia Guardiola lead Skyview with 20 points scored while also collecting 10 rebounds and four assists. Hannah Hunter Wolfe aided the effort by chipping in 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Riverdale Ridge was lead in scoring by Carly Villegas who accounted for 15 points, while also collecting 15 rebounds and one assist. Lynea Lucero had a notable night, recording 11 points, five rebounds and two assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Skyview heading to play Coronado and Riverdale Ridge taking on Aurora West College Prep Academy.
