The Yuma Indians easily defeated the Haxtun Bulldogs by a score of 47-26 on Friday, Feb. 21.
Reagan Nolin lead Yuma with 18 points scored while also recording five rebounds and two assists. Ema Richardson had a notable night, scoring 16 points.
Haxtun was lead in scoring by Bella Tori who put up 10 points while grabbing five rebounds. Allie Thompson had a respectable night, recording 10 points, seven rebounds and two assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Yuma heading to play Sedgwick County and Haxtun taking on Arickaree/Woodlin.
