Derek Wolfe is now north of 30 years old, but the veteran free agent is hungry to prove he still has plenty left in the tank.

That was the prevailing message of the hype video the defensive end posted on Instagram on Monday. The caption to his post read “Still Hungry… Thank You!”. The video, narrated by Wolfe, touched on his “rags-to-riches” journey and the memories “to cherish forever” with the Broncos.

Wolfe was drafted in the second round (36th overall) out of Cincinnati in 2012. In eight seasons (108 games) with the Broncos, Wolfe accumulated 299 tackles and 33 sacks. That included a career-high seven sacks last season despite his year being cut four games short due to an elbow injury.

“My work isn’t over,” Wolfe said to conclude the video. “I’m still hungry.”
