

The Broncos had a huge focus on offense, bringing in several potential new weapons for second-year quarterback Drew Lock, including highly touted Alabama receiver Jerry Jeudy.
So who are the new Denver players? Here’s a glimpse of the Broncos’ 2020 draft class:
Round 1, No. 15 pick: Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama
General manager John Elway’s 10th year running the Broncos’ NFL draft effort featured a first: An Alabama player. Listed at 6-foot-1 and 193 pounds, Jeudy caught 159 passes for 2,742 yards and 26 touchdowns for Alabama. He was a two-time first-team All-America selection. Read more…
Round 2, No. 46 pick: KJ Hamler, WR, Penn State
The 20-year-old had 98 catches for 1,658 yards in two seasons with the Nittany Lions after redshirting as a freshman to rehab his knee. Itap the first time in Broncos history that they’ve taken wideouts with their first two picks. Read more…
Round 3, No. 77 pick: Michael Ojemudia, CB, Iowa
Cornerback was a need for the Broncos after losing Chris Harris in free agency to the Los Angeles Chargers. Listed at a shade under 6-foot-1 (200 pounds), Ojemudia ran the 40-yard dash in 4.45 seconds at the combine. Read more…
Round 3, No. 83 pick: Lloyd Cushenberry, C, LSU
The Broncos selected LSU center Lloyd Cushenberry with the No. 83 overall pick. The 6-foot-3, 312-pounder was the linchpin of the Tigers’ offensive line the past two seasons, and projects as Denver’s starting center in 2020 following the departure of Connor McGovern to the Jets in free agency. Round 3, No. 95 pick: McTelvin Agim, DT, Arkansas
The defensive tackle had a team-best 8.5 tackles for loss in 2019, and played defensive end as a sophomore and junior. The 22-year-old figures to compete for time on the back end of the Denver defensive line alongside DeMarcus Walker and Dre’Mont Jones. Read more…
Round 4, No. 118 pick: Albert Okwuegbunam, TE, Missouri
A college teammate of quarterback Drew Lock, Okwuegbunam declared for the draft after his fourth-year junior season. Listed at 6-foot-5 1/ 2 and 258 pounds, Okwuegbunam ran the 40-yard dash in 4.49 seconds at the combine (fastest among the participating tight ends). Read more…
Round 5, No. 178 pick: Justin Strnad, LB, Wake Forest
Strnad, 23, is listed at 6-foot-3 and 238 pounds. As a redshirt senior, he was limited to seven games because of a biceps injury. In seven games, he had 69 tackles and five pass break-ups. If the Broncos try Strnad at inside linebacker, he could get a chance to play in sub-package situations if he proves capable in pass coverage. Read more…
Round 6, No. 181 pick: Netane Muti, G, Fresno State
Muti believes the Broncos “definitely” got a steal if he’s able to stay healthy at the professional level. He’s projected to head into camp and compete with Austin Schlottmann for the backup guard jobs behind Dalton Risner on the left side and Graham Glasgow on the right. Read more…
Round 7, No. 252 pick: Tyrie Cleveland, WR, Florida
Cleveland, 22, played four years for the Gators, making 79 catches for 1,271 yards and eight touchdowns in 46 games (26 starts). He never had more than 25 catches or 410 yards in a season. Read more…
Round 7, No. 254 pick: Derrek Tuszka, DE, North Dakota State
Tuszka was a three-year starter at North Dakota State, and the Warner, S.D., native capped his college career with by being named 1st-team All-American and the Missouri Valley Football Conference defensive player of the year in 2019. Read more…
