The Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office ruled the Monday shooting death of a 21-year-old man in Aurora a homicide.
Russell James Davis was shot at 9:20 p.m. in the parking lot of a Circle K at 291 S. Sable Blvd., according to a Wednesday news release from the coroner and the Aurora Police Department.
The man was shot in the torso, according to the coroner’s office.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
