Adams County sheriff’s detectives and crime-lab technicians were investigating the scene of a fatal overnight shooting Sunday morning, authorities said.
One adult male was killed by an apparent gunshot wound in the 8100 block of Brighton Road 1, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office .
The shooting was reported at 2:08 a.m. Sunday.
No one is in custody, sheriff’s officials said, but detectives were working on leads.
Sheriff’s officials provided no other details of the crime or the victim.
