Regular bus and rail service in and out of downtown Denver started again Sunday morning.

RTD had suspended service due to safety concerns related to the large demonstrations downtown.

The transit agency said it will continue to monitor the situation and work with Denver police in case it’s necessary to make any changes because of the protests.

RTD said riders should check for information about any detours and updates on routes.
