Police in Thornton are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man wanted for a smash-and-grab burglary of a pet store.
Surveillance video shows him stealing six puppies valued at nearly $15,000.
The man drove a vehicle through the front of the Pet Ranch, 3833 E 120th Avenue, and removed six puppies from their cages before fleeing, according to police.
