A 17-year-old boy and 16-year-old boy have been arrested in the Aug. 23 killings of two teenage brothers in a Walmart parking lot.
The teenagers, who have not been publicly identified because they are minors, are being held on suspicion of first-degree murder. Lakewood police spokesman John Romero on Monday declined to discuss a motive for the attack but said it did not appear to be gang-related.

The 16-year-old was arrested Monday afternoon in Commerce City, and the older boy was arrested Aug. 25.
Damian and Dillon Wikoff, 18 and 17-year-old brothers, were shot to death in a Walmart parking lot on West Colfax Avenue around 8:25 p.m. Aug. 23, while Damian was on a break from his shift at a nearby Qdoba restaurant.
The brothers were together in the parking lot when a car pulled up, someone fired shots and then sped away, according to police.
The brothers were close and spent much of their time together, their sister said. The family is for the brothers.
