A toddler, wearing no shoes, found Friday morning walking alone along a street in the southeast metro area has been reunited with his family.

The boy, a 2-yar-old, was found alone in the area of South Beeler Street and East Alabama Place, according to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies went door to door in the area looking for the boy’s family. The child, who was not initially reported missing, is now at home and safe, the sheriff’s office said.
