A pedestrian died after being hit by a car in north Denver on Friday night, police said.
The incident occurred at West 38th Avenue and North Alcott Street in Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood, police tweeted just before 9 p.m.
The pedestrian was transported to a hospital and died later, police said.
No additional information was immediately available.
