The Broncos increased their lead in the third quarter Sunday against the Panthers after quarterback Drew Lock connected with rookie receiver KJ Hamler for a 37-yard touchdown pass.
It was Hamler’s second touchdown on the season and the longest reception of his career.
After Brandon McManus missed the extra-point attempt, Denver’s lead was 19-7.
