The Weld County Coroner’s Office identified the victim in a Wednesday evening shooting as Oscar Flores-Ortiz.
Flores-Ortiz, 48, was found dead in his home in the 300 block of East First Street in Ault at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police arrested Tony D. Minor, 36, on suspicion of murder and first-degree burglary in connection with the shooting, .
