A man was stabbed to death in Denver overnight, and police are investigating the incident as a homicide.

Officers responded to the 12200 block of Albrook Drive in the Montbello neighborhood and found the victim, police said in a 3:41 a.m. Twitter post.
Initially police described the incident as a death investigation, but it has since been deemed a homicide.
The Denver Office of the Medical Examiner will release the name of the victim and rule on the cause and manner of death.
