Drivers, beware. Coming into Denver from the north Monday morning is a nightmare.
Accidents are causing major slowdowns on southbound Interstate 25. The first crash reported by the Colorado Department of Transportation was at 84th Avenue around 5:30 a.m. Soon, another crash at 104th Avenue and Crossroads Boulevard also shut down lanes.
Google maps warned users that trip times from Fort Collins into the city were slowed by nearly an hour and 35 minutes, making for an almost two-hour commute.
The wreck at 84th Avenue was cleaned up before 7 a.m. CDOT cleaned up all the other collisions before 7:30 a.m.
SB 25 is terrible right now from just before 104th down to the wreck at 84th Ave. 3 lanes blocked.
