Broncos receiver Kendall Hinton, who made news last season when he started at quarterback for Denver in Week 12 after the team lost all of its quarterbacks due to COVID-19 protocol, nabbed his first NFL reception on Sunday.
Hinton, 24, caught a 15-yard pass from Teddy Bridgewater against the Jaguars late in the second quarter.
The play set up a 12-yard touchdown reception from Bridgewater to Tim Patrick on the next play, which gave the Broncos a 10-7 lead.
