Broncos wideout KJ Hamler was knocked out of Denver’s game against the Jets on Sunday with a knee injury.

Late in the second quarter, Hamler jumped for a pass from Teddy Bridgewater down the field. The ball fell incomplete and as Hamler came down, his left leg stuck awkwardly into the ground.

Hamler was tended to by trainers on the ground and then helped off the field. He headed immediately to the locker room, and was later ruled out.

The Broncos led 10-0 at the time of Hamler’s departure, and later scored on the drive to go up 17-0.

Denver’s depth at wideout was already being tested entering the game, as Jerry Jeudy is on injured reserve with a high ankle sprain he suffered in the Week 1 win over the Giants.
