It took nearly three quarters, but the Broncos’ offense finally found some rhythm.
Down 9-3, Broncos backup quarterback Drew Lock connected with Tim Patrick for a 25-yard touchdown pass late in the third quarter against the Bengals.
The score gave Denver a short-lived 10-9 lead. Cincinnati would score quickly on their subsequent drive, a 56-yard bomb from Joe Burrow to Tyler Boyd to regain a 15-10 lead.
