A jackknifed semi-trailer had U.S. Highway 285 traffic shutdown to one lane in the foothills of Jefferson County Friday evening.

At 4:33 p.m. the Colorado State Patrol said that the northbound section of the highway is down to one lane from Parmalee Gulch Road to Colorado 8.

At 9:46 p.m. Colorado State Patrol said the northbound the Turkey Creek Canyon is back open.
