Hailey Swirbul, Aspen
Age: 23
Born in Grand Junction and raised in El Jebel, Swirbul is competing in her first Olympics Games. She finished ranked 23rd overall in World Cup cross-country skiing last season, including 21st in distance and 30th in sprints and had her first podium finish, coming in third in the 10-km individual race. She’s won three medals (one silver and two bronzes) at the junior world championships in 2017 and 2018.
