Aurora police say that the road was expected to be closed for a few hours while an engineer from the city and additional experts come to inspect the damage.
The truck driver had minor injuries, but no one else was hurt, the Aurora Police Department said.
Eastbound lanes were open after 3 p.m., and westbound lanes were also open after 5 p.m., police said on Twitter.
UPDATE: Colfax will be closed, most likely for hours. An engineer is on the way to asses the damage. Additional experts will also be called to the scene.
