Celebrities walked the red carpet Monday for the Met Gala, which is technically a fundraiser for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, but also one of the biggest fashion events of the year.

Among them was the new first lady of the Denver Broncos, Ciara, who attended the 2022 soiree in a show-stopping metallic, zebra-print dress. According to media reports, the gown with its hip-high slit was designed by Michael Kors.

This is hardly the first year the R&B singer has wowed at the Met Gala. Back in 2019, Ciara impressed with a sparkling emerald-colored dress fit for “Dancing With the Stars.”

In 2021, Ciara had a designer transform husband Russell Wilson‘s jersey — then a Seattle Seahawks neon green — into a dress and accessorized with his Super Bowl ring.

Speaking of Wilson, our sportswriters report he looked good practicing during a recent minicamp and that the quarterback is encouraged by the team’s work on the field together. We’ll also editorialize and say we like the way he looks in that No. 3 blue and orange jersey, too. (Psst: You can now buy one.)
