One woman was killed and four family members were injured Sunday night after a two-car crash in Thornton.
The driver of the truck has been arrested on suspicion of DUI, Thornton police spokesman Jesus Mendez said. The crash occurred around 7 p.m. near 84th Avenue and Washington Street.
Three children and their father were initially transported to the hospital, but are now in good condition, Mendez said.
Police are investigating a 2 car crash at the 84th Ave & Washington St intersection. One adult female is deceased and 4 other people taken to an area hospital with serious injuries. The roadway will be shut down for an extended period. Updates here…
