The crash happened in the area of West 64th Avenue and Union Street, according to a 3:15 p.m. Wednesday police tweet.
The eastbound lanes of West 64th Avenue are shut down between Ward Road and Simms Street. Police urge drivers to use alternate routes. An investigation is underway.
