A Denver sheriff’s deputy is on leave after he was arrested in Arapahoe County on investigation of assault and domestic violence.
Deputy Luis Gonzalez-Padilla is on investigatory leave from the , according to a news release. Gonzalez-Padilla became a deputy in 2021 and is assigned to the Downtown Detention Center.
The has been notified of the Tuesday night arrest and the monitor’s office is also investigating.
