A stretch of Interstate 70 near Eagle is reopen after a jackknifed semi truck has been cleared.
Traffic was detoured and drivers experienced delays in the area, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
The highway was temporarily closed eastbound at Eagle, according to the Colorado State Patrol, and westbound at Wolcott because of a commercial vehicle crash with a hazardous materials response and cleanup. U.S. Route 6 was the detour.
The highway reopened at about 11 a.m., according to the Colorado State Patrol.
This is open both directions, but expect delays eastbound on Interstate 70 in Svon due to crashes and back up in Dowd Junction and Vail.
