A pedestrian in northwest Denver suffered serious injuries from a hit-and-run crash early Friday, and police were investigating.
A driver whose vehicle hit the pedestrian in the 4700 block of North Federal Boulevard left the scene of the crash, Denver police said on Twitter. The aftermath of the crash may cause traffic delays in that area, police said.
No other information was released.
