For the second time in four seasons, the Denver Nuggets are headed to the Western Conference finals.

The Nuggets punched their ticket with a blowout 125-100 victory over the Phoenix Suns on Thursday night at Footprint Center. Next up: The seventh-seeded Los Angeles Lakers, who knocked off Golden State on Friday night to reach the conference finals after starting the season 2-10.

Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals is set for Tuesday night in Ball Arena.
