The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued an alert Wednesday after a cognitively impaired elderly man who speaks limited English went missing in Glenwood Springs.
Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies were looking for Abdelfatah Magdy, 71, who was last seen Tuesday afternoon walking on Shadow Mountain Drive in Glenwood Springs. He was wearing gray clothing. “He is new to the area and not familiar with his surroundings. He went for a walk and has not returned home,” the CBI alert said. “He speaks broken English but can say his name.”
