Hospital didn’t offer surgery to minors but will continue non-surgical gender-affirming care

Children's Hospital Colorado never performed gender-affirming surgery on patients under 18, and recently stopped offering it to young adults. Patients can still receive other care in line with professional guidelines, which could include puberty-blocking medication or hormones.
