Castle Rock latest community to hire outside counsel to recover costs for dealing with PFAS

Castle Rock this week became the latest Colorado community to hire legal counsel to pursue claims against the manufacturers of perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances — toxic and pervasive chemicals known by the shorthand PFAS.
