Police are investigating after an early morning crash involving a motorist and a pedestrian in Capitol Hill left one person dead.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead near the intersection of 14th Avenue and Pennsylvania Street, the Denver Police Department said on X, the social media site formerly called Twitter.
TRAFFIC: officers are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorist and a pedestrian in the area of 14th and Pennsylvania. One person has been pronounced deceased on scene. Expect delays in the area. Alternate routes advised.
