Denver Police arrested the driver in a fatal crash Friday after his passenger died.
Andres Martinez, 32, is being held for investigation of vehicular homicide, police . He was driving when his car crashed early Friday near East Alameda Avenue and East Fairmount Drive near Fairmount Cemetery. His vehicle was the only one involved in the crash.
The Denver District Attorney’s Office will decide any charges.
The Denver Office of the Medical Examiner identified the passenger as 31-year-old Angel Gomez Lopez and ruled the death an accident.
