Flights arriving at Denver International Airport on Wednesday afternoon were delayed by up to 30 minutes due to high winds,

The agency issued an alert for general arrival delays due to high winds, with delays ranging from 16 to 30 minutes and increasing. The alert was cleared as of 4 p.m.

The National Weather Service reported at the airport. Current weather conditions are forecasted to continue throughout the afternoon, with winds dying down tonight.
