A man was killed in an early Saturday morning in a shooting in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood.
The shooting was reported at 7:53 a.m. in a parking lot at 2820 N. Moline St. just south of Sand Creek, according to Denver police.
The man, 30-year-old Jose Vasquez, was pronounced dead at the scene. He died from multiple gunshot wounds and his death was ruled a homicide by the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner.
No arrests have been made in the case and the investigation is ongoing, Denver police said in an email Monday. Anyone with information can contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
