A 16-year-old has been charged with first-degree murder in the Jan. 28 shooting death of a 19-year-old woman in Adams County.
The 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office on Wednesday announced Devin Padilla faces four charges in the death of Amia Radke: first-degree murder and first-degree attempted murder after deliberation and first-degree murder and first-degree attempted murder with extreme indifference.
Radke was driving with a passenger around 2:20 a.m. Jan. 28 in the 1800 block of Sherrelwood Drive when she was shot and crashed her vehicle, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office. Radke died at a hospital.
Deputies arrested Padilla on Friday.
