Lawmakers seek to make it easier for migrants to get driver’s licenses

A new legislative proposal would expand a law passed in 2013 creating the program

Colorado immigrants who are in the country without authorization or have temporary legal status have been able to get state driver's licenses and IDs for a decade, but now lawmakers want to expand the program to make it easier to access.
