The Denver Pioneers have two teammates vying for the top honor in college hockey.

DU forward Jack Devine and defenseman Zeev Buium were among the top 10 Hobey Baker Award finalists named Wednesday.

The final three Hobey Hat Trick finalists will be announced April 3, with the Hobey Baker Award winner revealed on April 11 at the NCAA Frozen Four.

The Hobey Baker winner is chosen from a selection committee, with a round of fan balloting. Fans can vote at until March 30. The award is based on hockey skills, character, sportsmanship and academic accomplishments.

DU (28-10-1) is set to face Arizona State in the semifinals of the NCHC Frozen Faceoff at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn., at 3 p.m. on Friday.
